Lessons

Our program focuses on developing fundamental skills, enhancing pitching mechanics, and building the necessary strength and endurance for peak performance. With personalized coaching, state-of-the-art training facilities, and a supportive environment, we help pitchers of all levels refine their technique and achieve their full potential. This program is designed for pitchers with the motivation to get better and needing a space to do it in more than once a week. With this program you are able to schedule up to three 60 minute sessions with Coach Bickham per week

About

Conor Bickham is the founder of Precision Pitching STL, a private coaching service dedicated to helping pitchers at all levels improve their mechanics and prolong their careers.

Conor brings a wealth of knowledge and a scientific approach to all his lessons. His focus on proper mechanics through drills that engage the entire body has helped countless pitchers, from youth levels to high school varsity, reach their goals. In addition to his private instruction, Conor has served as an assistant coach for the JV team at Webster Groves High School and as a coach with Recruits Baseball Club since 2021. With a firm grounding in biomechanics and a personalized teaching style, Conor is dedicated to helping pitchers at Precision Pitching STL unlock their full potential.

Connor was great and really broke down skills and movements during the lesson with my son. He spent a lot of time working with him and gave him some good homework to do afterwards.

Conor is amazing. He works very well with my 16 year old son. One lesson and we knew we really liked him. We drive almost 40 mins to see him but it is 100% worth it. Very nice and respectful young man.

Connor has been teaching my 16yr old for the past 4 yrs. He has helped evolve him into one of the top pitchers in the 2027 class in the st louis area. He has now begun with my 11 yr old and in a short amount of time has transformed him into a better pitcher. Not only is connor a great coach but also a great mentor to both my kids.

Conor has down a great job as a pitching coach for our son. He does a great job of instilling fundamentals of pitching and building upon that. Our son displayed more refined technique and increase in velocity. He has become a much better pitcher because of Conor. Also, Conor coached a fall ball baseball team for our son and did a wonderful job. We have even decided to start our younger son in pitching lessons too. Conor is very professional and sets a good example for the boys.
